new computer - HP Spectre. Running Windows 10. McAfee uninstalled. Trying to install AVG security and the above happens. Downloaded from my products and from the 'free' download. Same issue. Can't get any response from AVG support. I use the internet for research and download huge amounts of files. I need protection. Please help.
