Hi Richard,

We'll certainly help you with installing AVG TuneUp.

I request you to manually delete AVG TuneUp files from C drive and try installing AVG TuneUp again and check if it fixes.

If not, please share us the screenshot of the error message to help you further.

I'm getting a message code 183 saying cannot create a file if that file already exists…I had used a trial version a while back.
If I "ignore" this message comes up 6 more times and then the install fails with a code 2.
