I have installed AVG TuneUp for several years now.  I paid for another 12 months on March 23 this year and since then I receive messages saying that my free version has expired.  When I try to install it takes me to a certain point, then says "this feature is locked" and asks me to pay a further fee.

I haven't had this problem before.  I paid AUD 54.99.

If you can provide an email address I will forward you proof of payment.

Please advise - should I uninstall earlier versions?

It seems that you are using an old version of AVG PC TuneUp.

Thanks for your response.  Unfortunately the png file is 1.05MB and exceeds the size I can upload.
Should I uninstall AVG TuneUp and then try to reinstall?
