I have uninstalled the trial AVG tuneUp following your instructions. However, I cannot install the new AVG TuneUp as I previously explained. It comes up with the following message - Error code: Oxe001f94e. I have tried numerous times and the same problem arises.
I had a trial version of AVG TuneUp on my computer that expired. Without my permission AVG took $AU 59.99 from my credit card for a year's subscription for AVG TuneUp on 24 January 2019. I have not been able to install the new version on my computer for the past 3 days. It keeps coming up with Error code: Oxe0001f94e. I have tried contacting AVG Chatline but it says that it is not available. I want to know why I had a subscription organised without checking with me first. I want to know why I can't install the version I have paid for without my permission. I want to know why your chat line is not available to get help. I want to know why I have to pay to get help according to your 24/7 service information or why I have to make an international call that will cost me (I am residing in Fiji at the moment).
