"Scanning and repairing drive" staying at 10 % for a very long time. Unable to stop install. I bought new Dell computer today and when I installed AVG Ultimate 2015 its been stuck at 10 %. I'm a super novice at downloading and installing software. Any hints to proceed or restart or abort install of internet security software AVG ULTIMATE 2015. THANKS
