I have Ultimate 2014 installed late. Computer crashed and burned! Not suggesting Avg is responsible in any way! New system had issues still the crew helped and installed! But I cant seem to get to Zen! I show internet coverage as well as entrance to every thing! Zen is the area that has the regular anti virus? Am I crazy? I was without for four months! Help
