I originally installed a 2 yr AVG Ultimate protection plan on my old system which died! After months of waiting I finally purchased a new computer! I've identified my account! I followed the instructions on trying to load the software which fails completely to install error code 0xe001f958 I've followed all instructions in reinstalling the software! I've removed the free version and followed the floormat in installing the AVG Ultimate Software which fails! I have also followed the two step procedures before installing my software! Please advise me on what I need to do to take care of this situation!

This error occurs when there is the traces of AVG program present on your PC.
We request you to run the AVG remover tool as mentioned in this article: http://avgread.me/1DEtNP0 to remove the traces of old AVG program.
Once the removal is completed, please get into C:drive–>Program data folder and delete the folder that has AVG name.
