Hi!  My system used to have Norton, which has been uninstalled by Apple and there is no trace of it on my system.  When I try to install the AVG I get the error message that I still have Norton.  My Apple advisor advised there is no trace of the Norton in the computor, and suggested I contact you for installation help.  I would like to do this either with live chat or by phone and system sharing but can not find either option.  Please advise.  Thanks, Patty
