Installing internet protection on windows 10

We understand how something like this can really try your patience.
Please be informed that since you have upgraded your operating system, the traces of AVG will be left behind in your pc. To remove those traces we request you to urn AVG remover tool and then install AVG Internet Security back in your pc.
To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps :

http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Product and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

Changed from windows 8 to 10 and have been  trying to re install avg, as screen shows all red circles ( tried 12 times). Have tried many and various areas but no luck. Have checked other members problems and tried there solutions but still no luck . Comes up with an error code of 0xC0070643
