We are sorry to know that. It seems that you have wrong version of AVG installed in your computer. We suggest you to completely remove all the traces of AVG from the control panel and install the cirrect version of AVG Internt Security from this link http://files-download.avg.com/inst/mp/AVG_Internet_Security_1930.exe.

Hi

I have recently received my 12 month renewal but my old computer has died and I have a new computer I am not able to activate my paid subscription on new computer.  It is windows 10.  I have tried doing the steps advised but the AVG Zen centre doesn't come up with renew licence or activate license.

Help.
