Please let us know the operating system of your 2nd laptop such as Windows, MAC.
If you're unable to find it, share us the snapshot of your desktop screen using your mobile/camera to identify.

I purchase multi unit protection but I have had no success getting it on my 2nd laptop. I am not sure of how to determine what device I have (windows, IOS, etc.) I am a novice at determining these answers.
