Installing my new AVG Security

apologize for the inconvenience caused. I would request you to follow these instructions to get this fixed:
1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool, click on the following link:
For 32-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x86_2015_5501.exe
For 64-bit: http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/support/avg_remover_stf_x64_2015_5501.exe
2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.

Good morning!  This is the second request to help with the installing of the AVG protection.  The product has already been paid for but when I try to download the license–message says another installation is in progress.  It will not let me do anything.  Please advist.

  1. Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
    NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
    4) Please uninstall AVG ZEN as well from the control panel
    5) Please install AVG protection (paid version) from the following link: http://avgread.me/1FKGRZI.
