In order to analyze it, please provide us with diagnostic output (http://download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_SysInfo.exe) from the laptop, where you are not able to install AVG and please add detailed description of the issue.

I was able to install this on my laptop with no problem. I am unable to install it on a second laptop. What am I doing wrong?
