Installing on second PC

Hello Al,

I apologize for the inconvenience. On checking your account, I see that you have a valid AVG Internet Security (1 computer). You can install AVG on only one computer. If you wish to install on multidevice, you can get a refund for the recent purchase and upgrade the product to AVG Internet Security Unlimited with a possible discount price. AVG Internet Security unlimited can be installed on Windows, Android and MAC devices. To purchase AVG Internet Security unlimited, please contact the chat support https://support.avg.com/support_tech_chat for further assistance.

Thanks for your prompt response.
Licence no. is IMNJK-7CTWL-NEVNU-AUJSH-YIWFQ-43GPU (expiry Aug 2019).
When I received notification of renewal (by e-mail 11 July), I was advised, quote "To thank you, we’re also offering you a FREE upgrade to our best protection which covers unlimited Windows®, Android™ and Mac® devices for the same price for this coming subscription period. To take advantage of this offer, simply click here. (Please note this is for personal and family use only."
When I click the link it takes me to a web page, asks for the Licence number, then says it is not a valid number, when I enter it. This is where the problem is, but I have tried various other avenues to find an answer, without success.

BTW, the laptop on to which I want to add this AVG protection was bought to replace one which was covered by AVG -  when I tried to activate on the new computer using the licence number from the old one, it wouldn't allow me to do that either ! (Licence no. IM9WO-NWNUY-WQTSJ-QQZVO-RX39E-PNUO4 expiry Jan 2018)

Not impressed.
Any help you can offer would be much appreciated.

When I renewed AVG Internet Security product it advises I can now install n other devices for free.
When I follow the link to do this it takes me to a point where it wants me to pay.
I understood there was some way to "INVITE" another device to join the AVG network, but can't discover how to activate this.
Any suggestions ?
