Installing prepaid avg antivirus

Hi Graham,

I've checked our records and found that you have two products on your account.

1. AVG Anti-Virus - it was renewed recently
2. AVG Performance (Zen)

If you are using both i one household I'd recommend you to refund the latest renewal http://avgclick.me/AVGRefundPolicy because you have the AVG Performance which is higher package than AVG Anti-Virus and can be installed on all your computers.

I received an email from AVG prompting me to prepay for extending my existing copy of AVG Antivirus. The email stated that existing paid for service which runs to Nov 15 2015 would not be lost. I subsequently paid for a renewal of my antivirus and was credited with the payment and given a new activation code. The instructions for activation of this code tells me to delete my existing version and to install the new one… As my existing program is the 2015 version, I assumed I could just enter the new activation code. When I activate the ZEN - Options it tells me that my program is up to date, with no instructions how to enter the new code. What should I do ?
