Installing products that have been paid for

Please help!
I am unable to install the products I have paid for today.
AVG protection & performance pro cleanup.
After many attempts to install, I get: ENCOUNTERED AN UNEXPECTED PROBLEM!

Wayne, let us check why it is asking for a payment.
We request you to close the AVG interface and then double click on "AVG" icon present on your PC.
Once you get the main interface opened, provide its (screenshot).
You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
Thanks, I have now installed AVG, however the program is asking for my payment detail which I have already given to you. It won't allow me to continue the SETUP without providing the information again.

Also, it is trying to sell me other products which I do not require at this time. When I click on "continue" it lights up in RED and refuses to allow me to continue.

I have already paid for the programs I needed, and have been issued with an invoice confirmation. I don't want to purchase any other ADD-ONS at this point!

I'm finding it very difficult to capture the SCREENSHOT.
It simply says: AVG is now in PASSIVE MODE!
Another antivirus is running on your PC.

There are NO other antivirus programs on my PC except for YOURS.
This is beginning to annoy me to the point where I may cancel my subscription!

I have found AVG Free Edition in X86 files, but not sure how to uninstall it!
It only allows me to uninstall from PROGRAM FILES.

Wayne, we can get this sorted.
If it says as passive mode, then there should be another antivirus program running on your PC.
Please click on "Fix Now" option on AVG program interface which will show you the name of another antivirus program.
You will also have option as "uninstall" which you can click and proceed with the uninstallation.
If you find it difficult, do let us know. We can offer additional support to resolve this.

Wayne, do you see an option as "Fix now" when you open AVG Antivirus window?
AVG FREE EDITION is not listed when I click on FIX NOW.

You already have AVG Antivirus free on your device. Do you have AVG icon on your desktop screen? 

If so, open AVG free -> My AVG -> My Subscription -> Log in -> enter your email address and password to activate paid version. 

Restart your device and use following article: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-and-install-AVG-Performance to initiate installation of AVG Tuneup Unlimited.
