I have a subscription to AVG Ultimate that allows the installation of the product to unlimited devices. Unfortunately there are no instructions that I can find to show me how to do this, and when I access my account via my mobile it tells me that I only have a single device subscription.
This is not only extremely frustrating but is giving me little confidence in your product. I came to you from Norton who make it extremely simple to install their product onto other devices.
Please advise or refund me my subscription fee so that I can return to Norton and stay there!
