I bought tune-up, and believed it was installed and active. I received a message, asking permission for AVG to alter my computer. When I click on it, I get a message saying I must delete my paid maintenance product and I will lose all of its facilities. I do not understand this instruction, having just paid for it. I do not want to continue without being sure of the consequences. I can find no help on the website.

Karl, For your info, just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.
