If the issue persists, please provide the screenshot of AVG on MAC to check and assist further. Do also provide your MAC version and AVG version installed on your device.

I was notified that my AVG Anti-virus was not update today. I've tried to install the update on my iMac, but every time I get a message say "an error during update". My Mac firewall is off and restarting the computer didn't help. Any suggestions?
