Instructions to Reactivate License aren't Usable

We apologize for the confusion and request you to ignore the activation email that you received.
The steps was actually for the old version and we are working to provide the latest version activation steps via email.
As of now, the latest version has to be done via "My Subscriptions". You can refer this https://goo.gl/EPQjxf article.
Since you already have the current license update with correct expiry date, it is not necessary to perform the activation.

Hey, everyone! 

I received an email that I needed to activate my license by going to my support menu and hitting reactivate license, plugging in the new license number, then choosing activate.

Here's the problem. I don't see a support menu. and the "support" option under "Menu" only gives me online support. When I go to "My Subscription," I see the new license and a new expiration date of October 6, 2019. Has my license already been activated? I'm very confused. It does look like the new version has been installed. Not sure what I'm missing. Any help would be appreciated.
