Please let us know how you've narrowed it down that AVG is causing this.
If you've installed any AVG products on your PC, please disable them and check if the issue persists.
If the issue persists after disabling AVG, we request you to contact Facebook support directly.

I have sporadic upload of content on Facebook accounts. Messenger is having issues delivering my outgoing and incoming messages. I am having issues with sent friend requests and incoming friend requests. Very inconsistent.
