Intermittent Display and Content Loading Issues on My Culver Menu Website — Possible Security or Malware Interference?

I am experiencing an ongoing technical problem with my Culver menu website and I suspect it might be related to security or malware interference. The website is intended to showcase a full menu, including burgers, sides, drinks, and desserts, in an organized and user-friendly format. However, users and I have noticed that some menu items or entire sections occasionally fail to appear, even though they are correctly published in the CMS. This inconsistency is making it difficult for visitors to view the menu properly.

The problem seems to occur randomly and is not limited to a specific browser or device. Sometimes a full menu loads without any issues, while other times certain categories such as sides or drinks disappear completely. Refreshing the page or clearing the browser cache occasionally resolves the problem temporarily, but the issue returns within hours. This makes me wonder whether something on the client side or a security application is blocking part of the site’s content.

Another issue I’ve noticed is that when I update menu items, like changing prices or descriptions, the updates sometimes do not appear on the live site. In some cases, older content shows up instead of the new updates. I’ve checked the backend and confirmed that the content is correct, so I suspect there might be caching issues or external interference preventing proper rendering. I am particularly concerned that AVG or another antivirus/security tool could be affecting site behavior, but I’m not sure how to test this.

The site uses standard HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with some API calls to dynamically fetch menu items. Everything works correctly in development environments, and I do not see any JavaScript errors in the console. This makes it even more puzzling why content disappears intermittently in the live environment. I also checked for malware and found nothing, but the problem persists.

I’ve tried testing the site on multiple devices and networks, disabling browser extensions, and even temporarily disabling some security software, but the issue is inconsistent. This leads me to believe there could be a security application, firewall, or malware detection system blocking certain scripts or API calls, which could cause parts of the menu not to load.

I’m reaching out to see if anyone on this forum has experienced similar issues where AVG or other security tools interfered with website content. Any advice on troubleshooting steps, configuration adjustments, or settings in AVG that could prevent it from blocking legitimate content would be greatly appreciated. My goal is to ensure the Culver menu displays fully and consistently for all visitors without any interruptions caused by security software. I am not a technical person please guide!

Is there anyone who can guide me please.

I am not sure, perhaps you already tried restarting the web and database services. Seems the old cached data is causing the inconsistencies.
