Remote support has not resolved the problem after 2 attempts.
Running Windows 10 and AVG Ultimate. When enabled VPN is blocking me from the internet. Network settings indicate Internet access including LAN access. Network diagnostics suggest firewall settings maybe preventing access. Disabling Enhanced Firewall does not resolve the problem. Have checked all Firewall settings but cannot resolve the problem. Any suggestions please?

OK. Changed location (France). settings show Internet access for both wi-fi connection and Local area connection. Opened AVG Secure browser - same result. Diags as follow:
