Otherwise, When available, A member of the official AVG Community Support in Brno (http://forums.avg.com/ww-en/avg-forums?sec=thread&act=show&id=190509) will see your topic & respond but please bear in mind that it's now the weekend.

We've been using AVG Family Safety for a long time.  Yesterday (11/28/14), we started getting the error message "AVG Family Safety" "Bsecure Services are currently not responding!" when trying to connect to the internet.  Please help as my wife is a teacher and needs the internet connection to do her lesson plans!!!
