Internet compatability

I have a similar problem when trying to log on to my email.
When AVG Secure VPN is switched on, I can't log on to the iinet webmail site - I receive a "Secure connection fails PR_CONNECT_RESET_ERROR" message.
No problem if I have VPN switched off.
I can go to any other site except this one without problem regardless of whether VPN is on or off.
I've changed location from Melbourne to Sao Paulo and then I can connect but if I change back to Melbourne, I can't connect with VPN on.
Probably doesn't help you but at least you know you are not alone.

Please follow the below steps and check if you are able to access internet.

1. Disconnect AVG Secure VPN and try to browse the web. If you still cannot connect to the internet, check your network configuration.
2. Select a different AVG Secure VPN location.
3. Disconnect other VPN services that may be running on your PC. If you are connected to another VPN, AVG Secure VPN likely won't work properly.
4. Restart your PC and try to connect to AVG Secure VPN again.

I have also

I have recently purchased AGV Secure VPN - but it does not recognise my internet server, TalkTalk - I have to turn VPN off in order to reconnect as message says TalkTalk not recognised - I have always had this internet server and before installing VPN had no problems logging into the internet and staying logged in - how can I overcome this please ?  Jan

This is the expected behavior as some of the websites and countries will have their own restriction policy which will not allow access when a VPN application is used.
