Hi. We have to use mobile internet for our home network. Since this morning one of our PCs, protected by AVG has stopped allowing access to the Internet. It links to the network but then says No Internet. All our mobile devices and the other PC can connect to the Internet through the mobile connection. I recently ran AVG protection etc on the problem PC because it hadn't been used for a while. Now it cannot connect to the Internet. As our second PC still works, and they both run Windows 10 I am assuming that it is AVG that is blocking my access.

Hi Jon,
I understand this must be upsetting. I would suggest you to disable AVG protection temporarily and check if the issue with internet connection is resolved. Right click on AVG system tray icon, toggle the On/Off slider to disabled AVG protection.
