In case anyone is interested, i've just spent a day and a half trying to resove a problem with my Windows 10 PC connected to bt hub 5 where the connection was good but I couldnt access any web pages with any browser.
The answer just found was to uncheck the AVG network Filter in my ethernet connection - internet protocol V4 TCP properties. Whether this is related to a recent windows 10 update I dont know. Hope this may help someone.
