Internet connectivity

Hello Thomas.
We'd certainly look into this.
Do you have AVG Secure VPN installed and turned on?
If you do, open it, click Settings (gear icon).
Then select 'Network Security' and check if 'Enable Kill switch' is ticked.

If it is unticked, turn off VPN connection and verify the issue.

My Windows 10 laptop keeps kicking me off the Internet for no apparent reason.  Running the Windows network diagnostic yields the following message:  "The default gateway is not available."  And the fix is "Reset the Wi-fi adapter."  After this "fix" I have internet connectivity for a few minutes/seconds and then I am no longer connected to the Internet (through my Comcast Xfinity wireless router).  Anybody know what's going on and how to fix the problem permanently?  Thanks.
