Hello, having purchased Secure VPN in April I still can't get it to work and have uninstalled it 3 times now. There is a constant loop of about 75 seconds where it connects and disconnects and renders my laptop useless. I have a video of what it's doing but can't find a way of connecting to AVG to get help. My previous chat message went unanswered. Can someone from AVG please contact me to help me get the value from the product I have paid for.

Kill Switch: Enable this option to block your internet connection if AVG Secure VPN servers unexpectedly disconnect.
And to check if the kill switch is enable or not,
You can refer the same article for the steps to find it and kindly disable.
