I understand that it must be upsetting to get the webpage loaded slowly. I request you to reset your browser to default and delete your browsing history and clear cookies to better the performance of I.E. And also please follow the below instructions to change your homepage.
Please click the Tools button in I.E and then click Internet options.
On the General tab, under Home page, enter the URL of the site you want to set as a home page.
Finally click Apply, and then click OK.

I.E. start with "about blank" page for e few seconds and then my normal start p[age appeard.
