Internet explorer won't open

If AVG is enabled Internet explorer 11 will not open. (Error message says Internet explorer crashed and needs to close)

If I disable AVG or uninstall AVG, Internet explorer will open fine.

But when I install AVG again, the problem just comes back.

AVG Version 2016.0.7596
Other computers fine, just this one pc with the issue.
