If you are able to access IE after disabling AVG, I would suggest you to 'add exception' for IE in your AVG program (http://avgread.me/18WB2dg) and let us know the status. Thank you.

Hi. I renewed my licence for 2 years (v 16.61.7538) and cannot connect to IE. Can someone talk me through the steps (idiots guide please) of how to fix it?
