I am unable to start Internet Explorer.The problem began last week. The free AVG version works, but the licensed version seems to block access. I can go via Google Chrome, but not directly.
I have 1) updated AVG program, still cannot access IE, problem still exists.
2) disabled AVG - problem resolved , I can access I.E
