Also please confirm whether all the 11 devices are currently connected to the same network. If yes, please provide us with the screenshot scan results and also a screenshot that shows the network name as 'She' in AVG Internet Security and the actual name of your network which shows in network settings.

Hi I have 3 related issues concerning Wi-fi and AVG,
1) I am using the feature of Wi-fi surveillance and control and the AVG tool only ''sees'' 8 of my 11 devices (router, chromecast, PC's, etc.).
2) Plus, it cannot recognize (give a name and identify the features) to 4 out of the 8.
3) And another strange thing is that AVG calls my network the name ''she'' had years ago, not the current name that I changed to be more anonymous for neighbours.
I am afraid that all this means that the tool is not trustable to secure the Wi-fi network.
