Could you please check if you are able to access internet when AVG Secure VPN is disabled?
If you're having trouble connecting to the internet with AVG, you can try these steps:
Check your network configuration:
Select a different AVG server location, or try disconnecting other VPN services.
Please check whether your network is marked as trusted.
To mark a network as trusted in AVG Internet Security, you can do the following:
-Open AVG Internet Security
-Select the Web & Email tile
-Click Open above Enhanced Firewall
-Select the Networks tab
-Click Show settings next to the network you want to manage
-Select I trust this network
This option is recommended for private networks.
Please do try the above steps and let us know if you still face the same issue.

few days back I installed all AVG products on my laptop and aster 7 days when I opened again my lap top, internet not getting connected. very disappointed with this AVG performance.
need to resolve, how?
