Internet not working

Hello Heather,

I understand this must be upsetting and I apologize for the inconvenience. Please follow the instructions to change the Firewall settings : Please change the system rules from Open AVG Zen -> Internet Security▸ Settings ▸ Components ▸ Firewall ▸ Customize ▸ Policies ▸ System rules > and enable all the configurations. Also, open AVG Zen -> Internet Security -> Click on Menu in the top right corner -> Settings -> Components -> Firewall -> Customize -> Network Profiles -> Change the networks from Public to Private.

I have attempted multiple fixes provided to me by AVG. Now, my internet won't work at all, even after uninstalling AVG. I just want a refund for the year subscription that just automatically updated. It looks like i'm going to have to spend a lot of money to have an expert fix whatever problem your program created.

Recently, on my laptop, my Internet browsers have stopped working. The WiFi connection is working fine but Chrome has err_conection_closed and Internet Explorer "cannot display the webpage". After all sorts of attempts to figure things out I finally uninstalled AVG and amazingly both Internet browsers work fine. I reinstalled AVG and again no Internet. Any one know what this is about or how to fix It? I'm pretty close to demanding my money back and installing something else!
