Internet problems

Hi Louis,
Yes, you can upload them to our FTP server.
Thanks

Alright I have the logs but is there some way I could send it to you and you could help me after looking at it?.

Ok so recently I have caught somee sort of trojan/virus/malware that has cut me off from all the internet connections available. Now I know that this is not a problem with my router or my setttings. For one all my other devices work  with the same internet connection, and I can't even see my neighbor's internet connection in fact nothing pops up except for "no connections available" which isn't true. However after countless attempts of downloading other software and programs I am still unable to remove this virus. If anyone could help that would be great.

Louis, Zbynek (AVG Technologies) was actually directing you to try renaming the 3 listed suspicious processes from GMER not renaming your gmer file!!

Umm sadly I have no idea what you want me to do. I'm not too good with technology and it the only thing I got out of that message was to rename my gmer file to Suspicious processes and then to restart my computer. but what do I do after that? I'm sorry but if it's okay with you would you mind dumbing it down a bit for me.

Louis, In order to analyze it please provide AVG with GMER (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/GMER-Scan-Result/) and AVG scan result export (http://kb.avg.com/articles/en_US/How_to/AVG-scan-result-export/).
