Hi,
1. I have a couple of questions, I got a pop screen this morning telling me that my Internet Security expires today. When I logged into my account it clearly shows that my next billing date for this product isn't due until 19/10/2018. Why am I getting this pop screen?
2. Since transferring this product to another PC (now have two PC's) it keeps telling me on the new PC that I don't have hackers protection. Yet I have hackers protection on the original PC. I wrote to you about this problem before, I followed the instructions and it only worked until I shut down the computer. How can I get it to stay on permanently on?
3. Every time I log onto the new PC it states that it must restart the computer, I do that and the pop screen pops up again. Why does this keep popping up even though the program as restarted the computer? I'm starting to get a little frustrated with it.
