This issue resolved itself by reinstalling windows for the 4the time and after downloading yet another of your products

The installer failes over and over with error that it can't find a folder. THIS MAKES SENSE SINCE THE SHOULDN'T BE AFOLDER YET. THIS IS WHAT MAKES IT AN INSTALLER!!!
In .net this is only 3 lines of code:
If(!Directory.Exists("folder path") {
Dicrectory.Create("folder path")
}
how much brainpower do you need to make these 3 lines of code 'default' for handling folder items??? Apparently none of your engineers were smart enough to see this.
