In april 2015 I installed avg internet 2015yesterday 6/24/ 2015 found out I am not fully protected, computer and web browsing are not protected needs updates but updates will not install, message reads cannot reach update server, I don't know why this has happened, I was on the phone with customer service after 5 calls and 3/1/2 hours nothing has been resolved, customer service does not know what the problem is, how can I fell safe using a computer thats not fully protected.
Does anyone else have this problem ? can someone help fix this problem.
