Hi, I bought AVG Internet Security 2015 some time ago, and recently when my computer crashed I had to completely reboot. I have now lost my Internet Security 2015 and had to download the free version. There is nowhere for me to download the software from the web and site enter my old license number so does this mean I have lost my money, do I have to pay again. That's a bit unfair.
