Internet Security 2017 pup blocks

My aplologies as when I was trying to sign into the forums, there was an issue as the "old system had a special section for just forum sign in. I guess now it is just my current sign in.
This is the pop up that i get. It kills the web page and i never had this happen, not did I ever have a problem.

When I had AVG Protection, I didn't get any sort of "pup" warnings from some web sites. wasn't designed for it. However, with IS 2017, is there a way to shut this off? If I don't close the pop up box, the web site still stays active, until I close it and then the page is shut off. I never had an issue before. My MWB never bitched at me like this does, and NEVER blocked the page to loss of internet connection. If this is not possible, I may have to get a different AV program that won't kill off any site willie nilly. Help files are sparse at best.

Well i am sorry for the multilpe questions. I kept getting errors on my end. If this posts correctly, you should have the jpg of twhat is going on. If it isn't able to be fixed, thne I need to purchase a different version, or wait until my old version of AVG is ablle to be updated to a 2017 version.User-added image
