May I know for which AVG product you are getting prompt to purchase?
You have two license for AVG Internet Security in which one got auto renewed recently and the other is in the auto renewal process.
Do you wish to use both the license or cancel the auto renewal progress for one of the license?

Alright, the TuneUp program might not be activated properly. We suggest you to check if your AVG TuneUp program is working fine, if not please try to activate the product by referring this article.

As per your request we have also cancelled the automatic renewal for those two license numbers of AVG Internet Security.
