Alok, I have just received an e-mail from AVG customer care Jeyam Thilagar support@help.avg.com ref ref:-OODb0Z3Sf.-500N1PJNGS:refr Will you kindly liaise with him as he indicates that he has problems processing refund . He is transferring this case to other people. I thought that this would be a simple matter but is now becoming quite protracted. I still reserve my rights in law and if this is not resolved quickly I reserve my rights to go to the Ombudsman and the press. John Sherman
