For AVG TuneUp, we would like to know whether you see the program icon name as "AVG PC TuneUp" or "AVG TuneUp"?

Suddenly today clicking on the Icons on my laptop for the above, nothing whatsoever happens and as such can not now scan for threats. What shouldI do as am in the Philippines and starting to regret paying my subscription.
