Kindly refer the below steps to wake up the programs if you accidently put it to sleep and check the issue.
> Click the Speed up tile on the AVG TuneUp dashboard > Click Show in the Background & startup programs tile > Click programs sleeping or programs ignored at the bottom of the screen > Select the option below:
Wake: Immediately wakes the application and allows it to start running in the background.

I installed AVG internet security app. everything looked good, but I can no longer open MS office including my email. I tried rebooting and running MS repair but it did not help. Any ideas what to do?
