Starting a month or so ago, bout 19 times out of 20, Outlook thrown an 800CCC0E error when trying to IMAP update with the gmail servers. I tried the CAPCHA gmail thing, and logging into&out of gmail web client, then trying to update with Outlook, turning off Webroot firewall, and turning off AVG Firewall. Oh wait, turning off AVG Firewall allows Outlook to get to gmail again. I don't want to leave the AVG Firewall off completely, so: What should I try that will allow Outlook to update with gmail, but does not leave the AVG Firewall off? (using Win 10 latest update, Office 2013 ver 15.0.4927.1002). Using TLS login with gmail, IMPA/STMP.
Any ideas gratefully appreciated. Thanks!!!
