Open AVG Internet Security> Menu > About > Subscription> Remove license and click Enter the license to reactivate the program. My Internet Security tells me it is disabled and will be enabled after PC restart. It does not. I have tried contacting technical support but the phone number there for Australia is not a valid number. There seems to be no way of emailing AVG and the chat option does not load even after 30 minutes!! Hoe do I get in touch with AVG by email to find an answer to my problem?

I have tried to do what you suggest but there is no Remove option under Subscription!! Should I uninstall and reinstall the program or is it better for you to provide a remote support link and fix the problem that way?

We are sorry to hear that you are unable to find remote option. If you have "Logout" option, please click on the same and logout from your account. After few seconds, you can see an option to enter license number. I have emailed you the steps to get connected to our AVG remote support.
