I am sorry to hear this. I see that you have contacted our chat support earlier for this issue and the technician named Rubina assisted you by taking remote access.
She explained you that the AVG Internet Security got updated to 2017 and pinned the shortcut icon of it to the taskbar.
Please check on the bottom of your desktop screen for AVG icon. If you find it please click on it and see whether you get the AVG Internet Security opened up.
If there is no icon, click on windows Start and on Search type as "AVG protection" which will show you the program icon, right click on it and choose the option as "Send to" and select "Desktop Shortcut".

Yesterday I bought AVG PC Tuneup Order 9998913272 and also AVG Express Install. This was because I kept getting popups saying Adobe Flash and Adobe Reader needed updating and each time I'd tried to update it failed. PC Tuneup said that it kept software updated. The technician who installed it was very good and Adobe updated. It worked initially but then last evening it froze and crashed. This morning it started in Safe Mode and later I rebooted normally and everything OK.
However, AVG Internet Security Order 701-3483894 which I bought last year with a 2 year licence has disappeared so my system is no longer secure. When I logged into my account the licence for AVG Internet Security was not there. I also paid for installation last year. How do I get Internet Security back please?
I've emailed AVG but have had no response other than something about having to phone them with a ticket number which I found very confusing.
I have Windows 7 and I also noticed System Restore is not set - I haven't tried to use it before.
If anyone can help me or advise me what to do I would really appreciate it.
