I recently purchased Internet Security Multi Device protection. Every time I try to fix the problems on my computer it asks me to pay, so I have no service. I uninstalled the programme & re-installed but it makes no difference. Any help would be appreciated.

Krishna, thanks I did receive your email & tried to do as directed, but nothing happened. I tried to uninstall AVG before doing so, in order to reinstall, but it didn't uninstall either. I'm in Italy, I don't know if that is why you couldn't gain access remotely.

I coudn't find the print screen on my laptop but did take a photo of the screen. I don't see where it offers to let me download a photo. In any case I can describe what it is I get when I try to fix performance issues: I am sent to the screen which asks me to select a subscription for tune up option. Three options are offered, in the middle is the 2 year subscription, which they have ticked. That is the subscription I paid for. When I press continue it takes me to the payment page. I do have a subscription page, where it offers me a download. I have already downloaded the programme. I'm guessing that I can only do it from the subscription page for it to work. Please confirm this.
